We're located at Unit 2, 28 Lacey Street, Croydon, Victoria 3136. Our collection time availability: Friday - Between 9.00am and 2.00pm (Unless previously arranged), Return time availability: Monday – Between 9.00am – 2.00pm (Unless previously arranged)
Please Note: A ‘late fee’ will be applied to any orders not returned prior to the cut-off time, this fee starts at $40.00
Please allow adequate time to load and unload your vehicle with your items prior to our cut-off time. As some of our items can be heavy and bulky, a two-person lift may be required. Please be aware as this is a collection service our staff do not load / unload / secure your vehicle or items, so you may need to bring additional helpers to assist. Please bring plenty of towels, blankets, tie downs and tarps to secure your items and load.
Note: All our items cannot get wet or damaged, so please ensure you bring an adequate vehicle. Our Vintage Sofas and Arm Chairs can only be transported in a vehicle that is enclosed, due to their delicate nature.

We can offer setup, this service is $50 per hour, per staff member. We ask that all items are packed and stacked ready for our driver/s to collect - we can certainly pack up your items however there is a surcharge of $50 per hour, per staff member. *Please note, our items cannot be left in the elements over night.
