With children recently returned to school, here at BW we wanted to provide your children with fun activities that promote mindfulness, encourage creativity and get kids outdoors.
These activities are designed for children under 5 years old. Adult supervision is highly recommended.

Join us as we make an awesome Calm Down / Glitter Bottle. They are easy to make and a great homemade sensory activity everyone will enjoy! All you’ll need is an empty bottle, glitter, food colouring, water and glue.
