With children recently returned to school, here at BW we wanted to provide your children with fun activities that promote mindfulness, encourage creativity and get kids outdoors.
These activities are designed for children 10 + years old.
Journaling is one of the best ways to relieve stress and manage challenging emotions, through ‘Conscious Writing’.

Cloud formations are like our thoughts, ever-changing in nature. They arise and pass spontaneously.
Join us as we learn some great breathing techniques whilst we watch the clouds!
CREATING bath bombS
Join us as we make a beautiful bath bomb. They are easy to make and a great homemade activity everyone will enjoy!
All you’ll need is a Bowl, a Spoon, some Water, a Mould, Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Epsom Salt, Corn Flour, Essential Oils (if you want it to smell nice), Almond Oil or Olive Oil or Baby Oil and Food Colouring (if you would like the bath bomb to be a certain colour).

Making stress balls
Join us as we make stress balls. They are easy to make and a great homemade activity everyone will enjoy!
All you’ll need is some Water, Corn Flour, a Balloon and Funnel.
